Product

  • All of our products are proudly designed, printed, and manufactured in the United States. Our premium wrapping paper is printed in California and our high-quality fabrics are printed in Pennsylvania. Our dinner napkins and table runners are sewn in North Carolina by Tuni herself!

  • Dinner napkins should be washed separately in cool water on delicate cycle with a mild, phosphate free detergent. Tumble dry on low. If needed, use a warm iron on the backside of your napkin.

Shipping

  • We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of the order being placed.

  • All orders are shipped from North Carolina.

  • We are currently only able to ship within the United States.

  • Yes! When your order is shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information included.

Returns

  • Yes, we do accept returns! All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order and be in new, unused condition.

    To initiate a return, please email info@hellotuni.com.

    Please note, you will be responsible for all costs related to making the return.

  • We are happy to accept returns for items postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the item.

  • If your order has been placed, but not shipped, we are happy to cancel your order.

    Please email info@hellotuni.com to cancel your order.

    If your order has been placed and your item(s) shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order.

  • Yes! If you’ve already placed an order and it has not shipped, please email info@hellotuni.com as soon as possible to have the new item(s) added.

    Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to add the additional item(s) to it and you will need to complete the order process on our website again.

    If you’ve received a damaged item, please email info@hellotuni.com with your order information and we will work with you quickly to replace your damaged item.

  • Unfortunately we do not offer TUNI gift cards at this time. Check be soon as we hope to offer this in the very near future!
